Refund & Warranty Policy

Understand the setup refund promise, replacement period and optimization terms before you order. This policy applies to professional services supplied by GBP OPTIMIZATION SERVICES, trading as Google My Business Service, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
14-Day Setup Promise
Accepted setup orders: completed within 14 calendar days after approval and confirmed payment, or a full service-price refund.
60-Day Replacement Period
Delivered setup profiles: replacement coverage begins on the ownership handover date.

Which Services Are Covered?
All prices below are in USD per business profile. These are service fees for independent professional work. Google Business Profile itself is free.
Google Business Profile Setup — $249
14-day setup refund promise and 60-day replacement coverage from handover.
Setup + Optimization — $399
Full $399 refund if setup fails within the promised period. Delivered setup receives replacement coverage; optimization follows successful setup and access.
iGaming GBP Setup — $299
Accepted setup orders receive the same 14-day refund promise and 60-day replacement period. Payment is cryptocurrency through NOWPayments only.
Google Business Profile Optimization — $199
One month of optimization after administrator access, followed by a performance report. Non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights.
We sell services, not physical goods. No shipping, packaging or return of a physical item is required.

14-Day Setup Refund
For an accepted Setup, Setup + Optimization or iGaming Setup order, the setup period begins after approval and confirmed payment. If setup is not completed within 14 calendar days, we refund the full purchased service price.
Setup: $249
Full setup service-price refund if setup fails within the 14-day period.
Combined: $399
The entire combined package price is refunded if setup fails; the refund is not limited to the $249 setup component.
iGaming Setup: $299
Full iGaming setup service-price refund if setup fails within the 14-day period.
The deadline is not silently moved to a later work-start date. A delay notice or reference to Google verification does not, by itself, remove this refund commitment. We confirm the approval, payment and completion dates with your order.
Contact us with your order reference if the setup deadline has passed. Refund processing takes approximately 5–10 working days; see Section 6.

Optimization Refund Terms
The $199 optimization service covers one month of agreed work after administrator access is granted, followed by a performance report. The optimization fee is non-refundable, subject to any refund or remedy required by applicable law.
For the $399 combined package, optimization work is non-refundable after successful setup and administrator access, subject to mandatory rights. If the setup portion fails within the 14-day period, the full $399 setup-failure refund still applies.
Optimization does not guarantee a Google Maps position, traffic, leads, sales or a specific increase in performance. A ranking change alone does not establish a refund entitlement under the commercial optimization terms.

60-Day Replacement Warranty
Delivered Setup, Combined and iGaming Setup profiles include a 60-day replacement period starting on the ownership handover date. Keep your handover confirmation as the record of that start date.
If a delivered profile develops an issue during that period, contact us promptly with the order reference, profile URL and details. We assess the issue against the replacement coverage agreed for your order and explain the replacement assistance available.
Replacement Assistance
For qualifying issues within the agreed coverage, we provide replacement assistance consistent with truthful business details and Google policies.
Separate from a Refund
This is replacement coverage for a delivered setup profile. It does not automatically promise a cash refund or restart the 60-day period. Any additional remedy follows the order terms or applicable law.
The exact issues covered and any exclusions must be confirmed with you before payment. We do not add new exclusions after purchase to reduce agreed coverage. A request made during the coverage period is assessed using that order’s agreed terms.
The warranty does not promise permanent visibility, immunity from Google enforcement or optimization results. We do not create false locations or bypass eligibility requirements as part of replacement work.

How to Submit a Request
Contact us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Include the following so we can identify the service and review your request:
Order and Payment
Order reference, service purchased, purchaser contact details and payment date. A receipt or transaction reference helps us locate the payment.
Profile and Timeline
Business name, profile URL where available, approval date and handover date if the profile was delivered.
Issue and Requested Remedy
Explain what happened, when it happened, and whether you are asking about a setup refund, replacement or another service concern. Relevant screenshots may help.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or wallet private keys. We explain the outcome and any information needed after reviewing the request. You do not need to submit a new paid application to ask about an existing order.

Refund Processing and Payment Methods
Refund processing takes approximately 5–10 working days. Once the refund is confirmed, we explain the payment route and provide an available reference so you can follow up. Bank, processor and network posting times may vary.
Card or Other Supported Payments
We arrange the refund using the applicable payment method and provider process. If the original method cannot receive it, we confirm an appropriate alternative with you.
Cryptocurrency Payments
iGaming setup uses NOWPayments cryptocurrency only. Before a crypto refund transfer, we confirm the refund amount, asset, network and destination with you. Never send a wallet private key.
The setup guarantee covers the full purchased service price. Any separately disclosed processing or network charges must be handled according to the terms communicated before purchase and applicable law; this policy does not introduce a new deduction.
Do not assume a crypto refund will equal the original coin quantity when an order was priced in USD. We confirm the conversion and amount before any transfer. If an expected refund has not arrived, contact us with the order and refund reference.

Cancellation Requests
Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. We review the service, payment status and work already performed, then explain the applicable outcome under your order terms. A setup application that has not been accepted is not a paid service order.
This policy does not add an unconditional change-of-mind refund. It also does not reduce the full setup-failure refund, agreed replacement coverage or any mandatory right to cancel or receive a remedy. We do not create new cancellation penalties through this page.

Google Policies and Your Rights
Google controls eligibility, verification, features, ranking and enforcement. We are an independent provider and are not Google, Google Support or a Google-affiliated company. Platform limitations do not remove the stated 14-day setup refund or a remedy required by applicable law.
Your business retains ownership or co-ownership of its profile. Refund or replacement discussions do not require you to surrender ownership. Authorized access is used only for the agreed service.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. You may raise a service concern or use an available complaint or legal process. The terms applicable when your order was purchased govern that order; later page updates do not automatically reduce its commitments.
