Setup and Claiming
What does the Google Business Profile setup service include?
We review the business before accepting the order, prepare the agreed profile details, handle new-profile claiming and setup, and hand over full ownership access when complete.
Do you claim existing profiles or recover suspended profiles?
No. Setup is for new-profile projects. We do not provide ownership recovery or recovery of preexisting suspended profiles. If you already own an active profile, the optimization service may be appropriate.
How much does setup cost?
Setup costs $249 per profile. Setup + Optimization costs $399 and combines new-profile setup with one month of optimization after successful setup and authorized access. Prices are in USD.
How do I apply for Google Business Profile setup?
Use the setup application to submit your business category, name, address, contact person, email and preferred WhatsApp or Telegram contact details. We review the business and respond within 24 hours. If accepted, we send payment instructions before starting the agreed work.
How long does setup take?
For an accepted setup order, the delivery period is 14 calendar days after approval and confirmed payment. If setup is not completed within that period, the full purchased service price is refunded. This includes the full $399 combined package price if its setup fails.
Do I have to handle Google verification myself?
Our team handles the agreed claiming and setup workflow. Google chooses the available verification method and may require information or participation from the business owner. You must reasonably cooperate if that is required; we do not bypass Google’s verification or security systems.
Profile Optimization
What does profile optimization include?
We review the active profile and improve relevant business information, categories, services, descriptions, attributes, photos and presentation. The work depends on the profile’s condition and the agreed service scope. The service ends with a performance report.
How much does optimization cost?
Optimization costs $199 per active profile as a one-time purchase. The combined setup and optimization package costs $399. There is no automatic monthly renewal.
How do I apply for optimization?
Submit the active Google Business Profile link, main target keyword, target country and city or state, and your contact details through the optimization application. Complete online payment, then follow the administrator-access instructions provided by our team.
When does optimization start and how long does it run?
We contact you within 24 hours after receiving your details and payment. The one-month optimization period begins after administrator access is granted. For a combined order, optimization follows successful setup and authorized access.
Do you guarantee rankings, calls or customers?
No. We do not guarantee a #1 ranking, a particular Maps position, traffic, calls, leads or sales. We work on accurate profile information and local relevance, but Google’s systems, competition and other factors affect the outcome.
Will I receive an optimization report?
Yes. At the end of the one-month service, we provide a report covering the work completed and available performance data. You retain ownership of your profile and access to its information.
Eligibility and Locations
Can an online-only business have a Google Business Profile?
Google’s rules list online-only businesses as ineligible. Eligible businesses generally make in-person contact with customers during stated hours, subject to Google’s published exceptions. Tell us your actual business model and location before applying; an assessment cannot override those rules.
Can you work with businesses in different countries?
We handle projects remotely for businesses in different markets. Availability depends on the actual business, location and applicable Google requirements. Submit accurate country, city and address or genuine service-area details so we can assess the request.
Can you guarantee that Google will approve my business?
No. Google controls eligibility, verification and enforcement. We assess setup requests before accepting an order, work with accurate business information and follow the available process. We do not fabricate locations or promise special approval access.
iGaming Setup
Do you offer iGaming Google Business Profile setup?
Yes. The dedicated iGaming setup service costs $299 per profile, subject to business assessment and applicable eligibility requirements. It is a new-profile setup service and does not make every iGaming business eligible.
How Do I Apply for iGaming Google Business Profile Setup?
Submit your business name, address, and contact details through the application form. Our team reviews your business and responds within 24 hours. If we accept the setup order, we send payment instructions, handle the claiming and setup ourselves, and hand over full ownership access when complete.
Can you guarantee approval for an iGaming business?
No. We assess the actual business model and location before accepting a request. Google makes its own eligibility and verification decisions. An online-only business does not become eligible simply because it purchases an iGaming service.
How do I pay for iGaming setup?
Payment instructions are sent only after the setup order is accepted. iGaming payments use NOWPayments cryptocurrency only and are not processed through Stripe. Follow the supported asset and network shown in the payment instructions.
Refunds and Replacement
What happens if setup is not completed within 14 days?
For an accepted setup, combined or iGaming setup order, if setup is not completed within 14 calendar days after approval and confirmed payment, we refund the full purchased service price: $249 setup, $399 combined, or $299 iGaming setup.
How long does refund processing take?
Refund processing takes approximately 5–10 working days. Contact our team with the order reference if the 14-day setup commitment has not been met or you need an update on a refund.
Is optimization refundable?
The optimization fee is non-refundable, subject to any refund or remedy required by applicable law. In the combined package, optimization work is non-refundable after successful setup and administrator access. If the combined setup fails within the stated 14-day period, the full $399 package refund still applies.
When does the replacement period begin?
The 60-day replacement period begins on the ownership handover date for delivered setup profiles, including the setup portion of combined and iGaming orders. Coverage depends on the replacement terms agreed for your order. If an issue arises, contact us with the order reference and profile link so we can review it. This is not a promise of permanent Google visibility or ranking results.
Ownership and Contact
Will my business own the profile?
Yes. You retain ownership or co-ownership while we work with your authorization. Completed setup includes full ownership handover. During optimization, you keep ownership and grant only the access needed for the agreed work.
Are you Google or affiliated with Google?
No. Google My Business Service is an independent third-party provider operated by GBP OPTIMIZATION SERVICES. We are not Google, Google Support or a Google-affiliated company.
Is Google Business Profile itself free?
Yes. Google provides Business Profile at no charge. Our fees pay for our independent professional setup, optimization and support work; they are not a fee simply to appear in Google Search or Maps.
Do you need my Google password or verification codes?
No. Do not put passwords, payment card details, wallet recovery phrases or verification codes in an enquiry or application form. Manage profile access through Google’s account permission controls. We explain any owner participation required by Google’s verification process.
